The CEO at Lightstone recognised that their next wave of growth would need to be preceded by a big step-up in the management team.
In our conversations, we confirmed a shared belief that organisational performance benefits from a leadership team whose personal aspirations are aligned to the organisations and that mature relationships within the leadership team create a strong base for financial and operational growth. We were asked to integrate these beliefs and behaviours into the full leadership team.
We proposed a 9-month intervention which was named ‘The Lightspark Project’. Four intensive two day and two night off site modules were created and each executive had regular coaching sessions to integrate and personalise the development process.
